Para llevar adelante las acciones previstas, se crear\u00e1 una unidad de coordinaci\u00f3n, la cual, entre otras cosas, elaborar\u00e1 las propuestas y los proyectos a implementar.<br \/>\n \u201cEste convenio tiene como finalidad dar marco a programas destinados a profundizar los principios representativos y fortalecer la confiabilidad institucional de los poderes p\u00fablicos\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Vidal.
