Es posible iniciarlo si los 31 diputados que rechazamos la represi\u00f3n somos coherentes, as\u00ed como votar una ley -como la que estamos preparando junto a organizaciones sociales- que proh\u00edba construir el Centro C\u00edvico en ese predio.
