Hubo abstenci\u00f3n del Frente Para la Victoria. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Por iniciativa del diputado Daniel Lipovetzky (PRO) se fundamenta que \u00aba pesar del tiempo transcurrido desde su firma, nunca fue ratificado por Ir\u00e1n y ha provocado una paralizaci\u00f3n de la causa que tramita ante la justicia\u00bb.
