Estuvo acompa\u00f1ado por la ministra de Desarrollo Humano y H\u00e1bitat, Mar\u00eda Migliore. El Polo fue inaugurado a principios de mayo y tiene el fin de formalizar puestos laborales. En el lugar, que cuenta con m\u00e1s de 1000 m2, trabajan 120 personas de cooperativas de toda la cadena de valor de la industria textil. Con el objetivo de que los trabajadores puedan especializarse y acceder a m\u00e1s y mejores oportunidades, tambi\u00e9n incluye un espacio de capacitaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica. Su producci\u00f3n mensual estimada de tejedur\u00eda asciende a las 60 mil prendas.
